This page explains how to delete the data the AIMA email app stores about you, and lets you
submit a deletion request.
What gets deleted
The connected account and its stored credentials (email/IMAP/SMTP password).
All synced messages (headers, previews, cached bodies) and attachment metadata.
Your spam-detection settings and any spam / not-spam feedback you submitted.
Attachment file contents are never stored on our servers.
Delete it yourself, instantly
In the app: open Accounts, select an account, and choose
Remove / Disconnect. This deletes that account and all its data from our server immediately.
Uninstalling the app removes its on-device data; reinstalling on the same device
also wipes the previous anonymous account and its data.
Revoke access for Gmail and similar providers by deleting the app password you created,
from your provider's security settings (for Google:
App passwords).
